Random thought: Healthcare Fix

Doctors should not be considered primary care physicians until they know everything about being a doctor. I e. They won’t need to send you to a specialist. There should be levels to becoming a PCP. I am to the point now that I believe Nurses should replace current primary care physicians. Like, if you don’t want to learn everything you need to learn to be a Modern day Dr., you should start out as a specialist, and then if you stop there great 👍. No one judges you. You’re just not on the same level as What a primary Dr. Should be. I have a new set of verbage. Nurses should be upgraded to PCPs. The new title that should be created is Primary Medical Doctor (PMD). Or Lead Medical Doctor (LMD). They should be higher up on the food chain than a specialist.
